Terms of Service

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Ansbrick Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on the website (hereinafter referred to as "Site") operated by the Company.

1. "Site" means the website under the ansbrick.kr domain operated by the Company to provide product and service information.

2. "User" means a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the Site so that users can easily become aware of them.

2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope of not violating relevant laws and regulations.

3. If the Company amends the Terms and Conditions, the effective date and the reason for amendment shall be specified and announced on the Site from 7 days prior to the effective date. However, in the case of changing the Terms and Conditions disadvantageously to the users, an advance notice shall be given with a grace period of at least 30 days.

1. The Company provides the following services:

• Provision of company introduction and product information
• Viewing of portfolios
• Receipt of product development and collaboration inquiries
• All other services provided to users through additional development by the Company or partnership with other companies

2. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication, and may change part or all of the services being provided if there are substantial operational or technical reasons.

The Company endeavors to protect the personal information of users when using services or submitting inquiries in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. The protection and use of personal information shall be governed by the Company's 'Privacy Policy'.

Users shall not perform any of the following acts:

• Stealing other people's information or entering false information/li>
• Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company/li>
• Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, of the Company and other third parties/li>
• Acts that damage the reputation or disrupt the business of the Company and other third parties

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for all contents (text, images, designs, logos, portfolios, etc.) posted on the Site belong to the Company.

2. Users shall not use information obtained by using the Site, to which intellectual property rights belong to the Company, for reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Company, nor allow third parties to use it.

1. The Company shall be exempted from liability for service provision if it cannot provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of service by telecommunications carriers.

2. The Company shall not be held liable for any disruption in service use caused by reasons attributable to the user.

Disputes arising between the Company and users in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the competent court.

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on Jun 1, 2026.
